• Must have received a high school diploma or GED certification.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must not have been charged with or convicted of a felony.
• Must have a means of transportation to and from meetings, functions and events.
• Prior military service or related experience preferred but not required.
• Dedicate a minimum of 2-4 hours per month.  

 
Instructor Volunteer Description

1. Carry out the Staffs instructions and ensure Cadets follow the prescribed training schedule.

    

2. Supervise, keep accountability and ensure all Cadets are in a safe training environment.

    

3. Assist Cadets with accomplishing goals listed on the training schedule.

    

4. Report any misconduct or inappropriate behavior of other instructors or Cadets to the Organizations Staff immediately.

    

5. Serve as a role model / mentors for all Cadets and motivate them to do well in the program and in life.

    

6. Serve as chaperons during fun activities, trips, fundraising events and functions.

    

7. Provide recommendations of how to better the organization and help youths in the community.

    

8. Take attendance and ensure gear accountability
